Misc.You get a roaster and put a apple/wood board on bottom.
You clean the goose, season it and put it on the board
in the roaster, covered and cook it for 4-10 hours at 350 degrees. Let it cool, take the goose out and throw it away and eat the apple/board. All geese tastes like raw liver,
and tuff,tuff,tuff cooked or not, beaten with a meat tenderizer maul, drive over it with a truck,tractor,ATV
pound it with a backhoe still hard ---
Just take the feathers and make a down pillow--
