re: Diners, Cafes, and Restaurants in Iowa, Nebraska, and Colorado

Hi BG,

I know you're mostly interested in personal recommendations but if you can't find those, here are some ideas for you (you've probably done most of these things but just in case)...

Check the online editions of newspapers for the cities you'll be going through. Many newspapers review their local restaurants.

Try a net search for the chamber of commerce for cities you'll be visiting. You can usually order travel brochures free of charge from them.

If you have AAA they will provide you with maps and an information book for each state along your route which will include restaurant and lodging listings with their ratings.

Restaurants in Colorado (580 cafes, 62 diners)

From here you can enter a distance, city or zip to narrow down the search
