re: Freezer Zucchini Bread question

Hi Lara,

I haven't tried the recipe, but think you can get about 4 (8-inch) loaf pans or 2 or 3 (9-inch) loaf pans from this recipe. It doesn't say to squeeze the zucchini but if your zucchini has a lot of seeds you may want to remove them before shredding it - that will cut back on the moisture.
