Recipe: Spiced Pumpkin Pancakes

Spiced Pumpkin Pancakes

2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons oil

In a bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. In another bowl beat to blend milk, pumpkin, eggs and oil. Add flour mixture and stir until just blended.
