Recipe: Sunshine Yogurt Cups

Sunshine Yogurt Cups
From: Fran,ME

1-2 oranges, halved
2 small containers vanilla yogurt
1 Tbs. honey
1/2 Tbs. orange zest
mint sprigs, optional

Scoop out orange halves, removing all pulp, to make cups.
Mix next 3 ingredients and fill cups.
Garnish with mint if desired.

Can add fresh raspberries or blueberries to the yogurt if you wish!
