re: Keeping Lettuce Fresh

Misc.
Hi: Keeping lettuce fresh is my nemesis. At Kitchen Collection, there is a plastic, domed, bowl that keeps lettuce fresh for a week, at least. Also, I put paper towels over to catch moisture. Another way I have found successful, to put in covered bowl with an inverted saucer in the bottom. Any other suggestions???? Thanks
