re: Keeping Lettuce

I used to have this problem years ago. I threw out more lettuce. Now, I wash the whole lettuce and then I wrap it in paper towels to drain any excess water. Remove those paper towels and wrap the lettuce with dry paper towels. It will stay for at least two weeks.
