Hi Linda,

Thank you for pointing out the omission. You're right - the word salt is missing from the ingredient list next to the 1 teaspoon amount, but I changed the ingredients to read 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt because the 1 teaspoon may be a little too much.

The recipe for Little Corn Cakes with Pepper Jelly Dip lists 1 teaspoon the baking powder and 2 eggs. Could this be salt?
