Mixed with cream cheese for crackers and cornbread isn't bad......and don't forget to glaze chicken wings, chicken breasts, roast chicken, spare ribs shrimp, and about anything you put on the grill. My late father-in-law loved Jalapeno Jelly mixed with cream cheese and spread on his morning toast. I talked my mother-in-law into thinning it down with water and using it as a glaze for grilled/broiled chicken or pork chops. I throw a bit into "Hunan"-style stir-frys. For buffets, I've mixed Jalapeno Jelly into a spread consistency with cream cheese and milk and stuffed the mixture ton hollowed-out pickled cherry peppers. I call 'em "Pepper Poppers" cause I instruct the hapless, guest to just pop one down in one gulp. - Brian M.

This one is easy, and basically does by itself. Mix some butter and jelly/jam (our favorite is raspberry, jalapeno jelly is good too) together on top of the stove (you don't need to boil it; just heat to melt the butter and mix in with the jelly). Brush mixture on chicken legs/quarters. Bake at 350F for about an hour, brushing more jelly mix onto the chicken. Good at room temp, too. - Brian M.

As a terrific dipping sauce for fresh vegetables and fruits, try blending a hot pepper jelly with nonfat yogurt (or sour cream if you like indulgence). We last did this with jicama which is what jogged my memory. I started out with roughly equal parts jelly and yogurt and it was fine; adjust the proportions as necessary. Fresh bell peppers, slices of fennel, and carrot sticks are also good in this dip. - Scott F.
A good sauce for the turkey is to combine whole berry cranberry sauce, orange marmalade and hot pepper jelly, then add some chili seasoning, thyme and garlic. I just do it to taste- no set measurements. Start with a can of cranberry jelly- heat and add the rest, makes king of a salsa looking sauce. - Susan W.
