I donot use the bread machine that much .I make mine using my good kitchen aid mixer because it makes more bread dough thenn the machine and i make breads which need longer risingb times and several rising some need 3 times.every one here uses the machine for convenice because they have busy lives but like fresh baked bread but the bread machines canot make all types of bread really good so i use both
