I wonder - do everybody in US use bread machines for baking?
We have them here in Norway too, but they are not very popular. I don't even use a mixer or kitchen machine, because I like the FEEL of the dough. Sometimes the flour needs more moisture, sometimes it must be kneaded more than other, After all: The dough is a living thing and must be handled with care. Besides - I like doing it. And I can change my recipe every time without wondering IF it's possible.

Any comments?
