We don't use bread machines in Austria as well as you in Norway, but I make my life easier also by using my kitchen machine (Kenwood chef) for kneading the dough, it helps a lot, also I do all the mixing and cutting and blending in this machine, it makes life easier, and why wasting a lot of time I can use otherwise???
