re: PF Changs Orange Peel Chicken

I saw this recipe being made on a PBS station and I am almost 100% certain the batter for the chicken was only corn starch, not egg and flour.
I have made a similar recipe using corn starch as batter and the chicken comes out a little lighter and not so doughy.
