Recipe(tried): PF Changs Lettuce Wraps - Variation

This was WONDERFUL - I absolutely loved it and my whole family raved about it. I used a food chopper to chop the chicken real small and doubled the cooking sauce for dipping - you need more sauce to give it more taste. I also had cooked and sauteed cellophane noodles, matchstick carrots, and chopped cucumber for filling - it was So good! Oh but I only used 1 clove of garlic chopped - 2 would be too much garlic for us. We will DEFINITELY have this again - Thank you!
