Misc.One week may not be long enough for your jam to set. Some can take as long as a month.
I have remade jams, but they texture is more gummy. Normally, I just relabel as syrup. It makes a great pancake syrup or on ice cream. Only you will know it didn't set.
If you want to remake, I see Betsy has been kind enough to post it.
