hi dianne One of our favourite side dishes to go along side pork is sweet potatoes. Peel and boil or bake then serve in chunks or mashed with butter,salt and pepper. You can also bake in the skins or add brown sugar or maple syrup them. You can bake these ahead of time and reheat also. Hope this helps.
