Recipe(tried): BROCCOLI JENNIFER,

Side Dishes - Vegetables

1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
18 ritz crackers, crushed
butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter 1 qt casserole. combine broccoli, soup, mayo, cheese, onion and egg and blend well. turn nto prepared dish. sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake until bubbly and heated through, about 35 minutes. very good and easy
