Misc.You can use the 67% fat formula of Smart Balance for most baking, although very crisp cookies will probably not turn out as well as recipes that are meant to be softer and moister, such as bar cookies or brownies.
The Smart Balance "Light" Buttery Spread contains only 37% fat and would not satisfactorily work in baked goods.
