Yes, Terry, when I was reading all the posts I thought 'here's a gal who reads like I do'. I made note of 2 authors you listed that I'm not familiar with right off and will check when next we go to the library. (There is an annual MUSIKFEST in town ...and one of the 'platz's' is right by the library - making parking unavailable - so I'll probably wait until next week.) It's true, you'll often find me and my husband sitting reading a book when we SHOULD be doing other things..... glad we both like to read!

It's of the type mentioned here but we both enjoyed COLD MOUNTAIN - Chas. Frazier.
