Vicki's Roast Pork for dinner tonight

I just happen to have a pork loin for tonight's menu and was looking for a different way to cook it. Your recipe hit the spot. Thanks for sharing. I also am using the Brisket recipe this week end. These both sound great. Hope you will continue to share more with us.
