Wilma, I found my McCalls Cookery books

The chocolate souffle recipes don't mention freezing ahead but the Chocolate Mousse recipe does. It says you can wrap in foil and freeze for a week or two then defrost in the refrigerator. Does this sound like it? I will post it tomorrow. Micha
