Yummy Salads Aren't They?

Dear June,

It looks like you, Carolyn and me make yummy salads. Once you begin with that first bite, you forget about the other stuff and keep on eating! My DH calls eat "healthy candy"!!!! we sure do enjoy them with our dinners.

Please share that apple vinaigrette recipe, I would love to taste it. I sometimes throw in green apple slices with crisp apple chips and strips of chicken and I think that dressing would compliment it very much.

Oh, I envy you if you are moving back to New England!!! The most scenic beautiful place on earth to me, that's what I say. Goodness, to be able to run out when the first snowfall of the season arrives overnight and throw yourself on some nice fluffy snow! My, I would be in heaven! I am sure from past postings of mine you have gathered how much I love the winter season (which Florida has none of) and all it brings. Who cares if you are snowed in...plenty of books and baking and sitting by the fire to spend the time away. Pretend it's the olden days! I know, I know, I'm nuts!!

I am anxiously waiting for 3 years to pass so that I can be permanently living in Northern Georgia! We are looking forward to going up there soon and see the changing of the leaves.

Have a safe trip back and be sure to post some yummy recipes using all that fish and lobster!
