Recipe: Orange Vinagarette Salad Dressing

This is a recipe I found in a vinegar cook book that was
just given to me...
Tangy Citrus Vinaigrette
1/2 cup tangy citrus vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp poppyseeds
2 Tbsp orange juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 drop orange food coloring
1 drop red food coloring
1 tsp lemon juice
Mix ingredients together in blender. Cover and refrigerate
in a nonreactive (glass or ceramic) container. Keeps 7-10
days. Makes 1 cup.

slightly dehydrate slices of the following citrus fruits:
grapefruit
lemons
limes
oranges
tangelos
1 quart white wine vinegar
Using a food dehydrater, slightly dry thin slices of your
preferred citrus fruits. Gently roll the slice and slide it
into the glass bottle. Layer attractively. Heat vinegar
in nonreactive pan (not aluminum) to simmering. Pour into
bottle. Cap and seal. Let stand for 1-2 weeks prior to use.
