I am a cook at Lasenorita in TC. I do know how the green salsa is made. However, you cannot make the La senorita green salsa at home because we get spice packets that have all the spices in it and we just add it to the mixture that we make up. We use green tomatillos and then we crush them ourselves. The spice packet does not say what spices are in it... but i do know that garlic and onion powder are some.
