re: Robert Pile's Book (Hough Caterers)

Robert Pile's book is "Menu Planning for Every Occasion"
I found a copy at the Old Erie Street Book Store. I believe Mr. Robert was the President of Hough Caterers, not the baker for Hough Bakeries. He was extremely creative and had the best reputation for food and catering.

If anyone knows of any other cookbooks or recipe collections from Hough Caterers or Hough Bakeries, please let us know.
