Recipe(tried): Nescafe Ice Java Copycat Recipe (Mocha Syrup recipe variation)
BeveragesI'd like to start by saying thanx for posting the Mocha Syrup recipe. I can honestly say I am addicted to Nescafe Ice Java... it's still available here but only the cappuccino flavor... which is great as that's the one I like.
I tweaked the recipe a bit and it is very close to the real Ice Java.
I omitted the chocolate and increased the coffee to about 1 1/4 ounces and reduced the vanilla to about 1/4 tsp.
It turned out great and tastes so close to the store bought syrup, you'd have to taste test them side by side to determine a difference.
