re: Homemade Iced Java Coffee Syrup

I have made this recipe 2 times now, and I'm having the same problem. I strain it before I put it in the fridge. But makes me think that all the coffee flavor isn't getting into the recipe if it does not dissolve. I have bumped up the instant coffee to 3 tablespoons, and i have dropped some of the sugar. Down to 2 cups instead of 2 1/4. All 2 1/4 cups made it seem to sweet for my taste.
