Recipe: No-Bake Fudge Cookies

No-Bake Fudge Cookies
Makes about 4 dozen

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, room temperature
1/4 cup peanut butter
3 cups quick-cooking oats

Combine sugar; milk, cocoa and
butter in medium saucepan. Place
over medium high heat and bring
to boil, stirring constantly. Let boil
1 minute. Remove from heat.

Mix in peanut butter. Add oats
and blend thoroughly. Drop by
teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.

Let cool completely. Store cookies in air-tight container.
