Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Spice

Pumpkin Pie Spice

For flavoring apple and pumpkin pies, as well as muffins and oatmeal.
Yield: 3-1/2 Tbsp

2-1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg

Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight jar in a cool dry place.
