Recipe: Hot Spicy Mix, Herbed Celery Mix, and Peppy Mix

Hot Spicy Mix, Herbed Celery Mix, and Peppy Mix

Grind these next three herb shaker combinations in a blender for one minute at high speed or until powdery. Use on meat, fish, poultry or vegetables.

Hot Spicy Mix

1/4 cup instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. sweet basil
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. cracked black pepper

Herbed Celery Mix

1/4 cup instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. dill seeds
1 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 tsp. tarragon

Peppy Mix

1 1/2 Tbsp. leaf thyme
1 1/2 Tbsp. leaf marjoram
1 Tbsp. leaf rosemary
2 tsp. powdered sage
1 tsp. ground black pepper
