This spice mixture, compliments of Regal Ware Inc., can be combined and sprinkled over any meat, poultry or fish prior to cooking in a rotisserie.

1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon marjoram leaves
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Combine all ingredients. Store, covered, in airtight container. Shake before using to blend. Makes about 1/4 cup.
