Recipe: Cabbage Patch Slaw

Salads - Assorted
CABBAGE PATCH SLAW (Using blender or processor)
Servings: 8

4 cups sliced cabbage
2 medium carrots sliced
1/2 green pepper, cubed
1 slice onion
4 parsley sprigs
3 tb vinegar
3 tb sugar
2 tb salad oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dill or celery seed
1/8 tsp dry mustard

Fill the processor with cabbage, carrots, green peppers,onion & parsley. Grate for a few seconds. Repeat with remaining cabbage. Place in large mixing bowl. Blend all remaining ingredients for 5 seconds. Combine well the cabbage with the dressing. Chill before serving.
