Recipe: Stuffed Pork Chops

We also had stuffed pork chops last night, here's how I've been making them for more years than I care to remember.
6 pork chops
1 box kelloggs croutettes stuffing
1 medium onion, chopped
Chopped celery, I use the inner stalks with all the leaves, (lots of flavor in the leaves)
1 can chicken broth, plus water
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Brown the porkchops in a skillet with a tiny bit of canola oil, meanwhile put the stuffing mix in a bowl and pour the broth over it, mix it up really well.
Add the chopped onions and celery and poultry seasoning, depending on how wet you like your stuffing add water till right consistency.
In a medium size baking dish, stand up one chop and put stuffing behind and in front of it, now alternate chops and stuffing, making stuffing the last addition. I stand the chops with the meatiest part down between the stuffing.
Bake at 375* for 45 minutes. Serve with pork gravy made from drippings in the skillet.
