ISO: Gina re Grecian Chicken

Misc.

Hi Gina!

I am having a buffet luncheon for New Years Day and I thought your Grecian Chicken would be a popular dish. While I havent tried this nor do I usually gamble with unknown recipes for a party, this sounds so tasty, easy & has gotten such raves from others it seems like a sure winner to me.

Can this be put together up until the baking part the nite before? As I am serving a variety of dishes, we are having a small "get ready for the party" party the nite before and I would like to get as many things prepped as possible. It would make it so convenient to just pop it in the oven right after everyone arrives and not have to spend time in the a.m. putting dishes together. I'd really appreciate any input you have on this :)

Thank you!!
Julie
