Recipe: 3 Layer Jello Salad - w/marshmallows, cream cheese, mayo, pineapple, etc.

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
3 LAYER JELLO SALAD

1. 2 (3 oz.) lime Jello
5 c. hot water
4 c. cold water
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. pineapple juice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. mayonnaise
2 (3 oz.) cherry Jello

1ST LAYER: Dissolve the lime Jello in 2 cups hot water. Add 2 cups cold water, pour in pan. Let set.

2ND LAYER: Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup hot water, add marshmallows (let melt). Add pineapple juice, cream cheese, pineapple and mayonnaise. Pour over set 1st layer.

3RD LAYER: Dissolve cherry Jello in 2 cups hot water, add 2 cups cold water, pour on top of set 2nd layer. Chill.
