A-1 Steak Sauce
Can be used with pork pruducts as well with sauted sliced mushrooms.
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 raisins
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 TBLS Dijon mustard
1 TBLS orange zest (Finely chopped)
2 TBLS Ketchup
2 TBLS Chile sauce
1 TBLS Worchestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan & bring to a boil always stirring, remove after 2 minutes. Cool to lukewarm (100 105 degrees). Place concoction in a food processor or blender and puree. Pour into a jar and refrigerate and use within 3 months. ENJOY!!!
