Recipe: A thought for breakfast . . .

How about a variation on the pig-in-a-blanket. Use the sausage links, canned (or I guess one could use homemade) biscuits, sliced cheese (optional). The sausage links are pre-cooked. Just put a slice of cheese around the sausage and wrap with a biscuit. The sausage should not be sealed in the bread, let it peek out each side. Seal on side of the biscuit with a little water or a fork. Bake as directed for the biscuits.

These are easy, hearty and tasty. Serve with orange juice or fruit and milk for a nutritious, fun meal.
