ALL-IN-ONE QUICHE

1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
3/4 stick (3/8 cup) butter, softened
3 eggs
Pinch salt
1 cup diced bacon, ham, turkey, chicken, or shrimp
2 green onions, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Combine the first 5 ingredients in the blender and mix well. Turn into 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
