Recipe: Baked Potatoes in a Roaster Oven

BAKED POTATOES IN A ROASTER OVEN

8 to 12 baking potatoes

Preheat roaster oven to 400 degrees F prior to baking (maximum 15 minutes).

Wash potatoes and pierce with a fork.

Place Roasting Rack in the Cooking Pan. Stack potatoes on Roasting Rack, making sure that they don't touch the sides of Cooking Pan.

Cover and bake at 400 degrees F for 1 hour.
