Rub wing pieces with:

4 green onions (scallions)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 hot pepper, such as jalapeno or scotch bonnet, seeded
1 tbsp. ground allspice
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Allow wings to marinate about an hour. Bake on sprayed cookie sheet at 400F for about 30-40 minutes, or until nice and crisp. Brush with Frank's hot sauce and bake another 2-3 minutes.
