Recipe: Beans with Chicken

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
White Beans with Chicken
Servings 4

1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
2 cans (15 to 16 ounces each) great northern beans, rinsed and drained

Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook basil and garlic in oil 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook stirring frequently until hot.
