Substituting celery salt will give you a pretty close approximation to the taste of Beau Monde seasoning. Also, probably a little Accent (MSG).
Here is some more information I found on the web:
Beau monde seasoning is a combination of salt, onion and celery seeds. If you can't find it at the supermarket, substitute 1/4 teaspoon each of celery salt and onion powder.
