Recipe: Beef and Wild Rice

Beef and Wild Rice

1 lb ground beef
1/2 C wild rice, cooked according to package
1/4 C sliced almonds
herb stuffing mix
chopped onion
1 can mushrooms or use fresh, sliced
2 cans cream of celery soup
1/4 C melted butter

Mix ground beef, wild rice, almonds, mushrooms, and soup together. Put into oblong casserole dish. Cover with herb stuffing mix. Pour melted butter over and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
