Recipe(tried): Beer Tomato Cheese Onion Bread

This was by pure experimentation but my family liked it.


Put 1 cup luke warm beer and 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce into bread machine

In bowl mix 3 cups flour, 1 tsp. salt, and 1 and 1/2 Tbs. sugar

Pour dry ingredients on top of liquid

Add 1 Tbs butter to corners and 1 Tbs. yeast to center

Turn on bread machine to regular setting

When it dings before last kneed add 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. chopped onion.Allow machine to finish baking cycle.


It's kind of an odd orangeish color but it is good.
