BLENDER BANANA NUT BREAD

This is a recipe that I have made for many years and I think you will like...Very moist and delicious.

1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed banana
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in blender {I use food processor and it works just as well) in the order listed in recipe. Add chopped nuts and mix in by hand. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
