Recipe(tried): Banana Bread

Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads
Banana Nut Bread
Makes 1 loaf

1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 cup mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Cream sugar and butter, add egg and beat until smooth. Add all other ingredients, mixing well. Bake in a greased loaf pan for 50-60 minutes at 350F.
