Recipe(tried): Blueberry Velvet Cheesecake Smoothie
BeveragesSome smoothies I have made at home are so delicious that they take the place of a meal.
In your blender, throw in some ice cubes, a peeled banana, a splash of orange juice, some strawberries or blueberries if you have them and blend away. If too thick add a splash of OJ again. YUM!! You can variate the fruits seasonally, mango, papaya, assorted berries, etc.
This one is really good, I found it in a book and it is to die for....see if your library has it or better yet, buy it if you are really into smoothies.
