Recipe: Boboli Pizza with Chicken and Roasted Peppers and Tomato Cream Sauce

BOBOLI PIZZA WITH
CHICKEN AND ROASTED PEPPERS
AND TOMATO CREAM SAUCE

1 BOBOLI Brand Italian bread shell
(large 12-inches or four small 6-inches)

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips
1/2 cup heavy (whipping) cream
2 tsp. tomato paste
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cooked slivered chicken

Bake BOBOLI Italian Bread Shell on UNgreased baking sheets at 450 degrees F;
until crisp; about 5-7 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet. Saute garlic clove in oil; remove garlic. Add onion to skillet and saute until tender.

Add pepper strips,heavy cream, tomato paste, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and well blended, about 2-3 minutes. Add chicken and heat.

Spoon into cavity of baked BOBOLI Italian Bread Shell.

Makes 4-6 servings
