Recipe: Boboli Pizza Marietta (using Italian sausage, peppers and onions)

Pizza/Focaccia
BOBOLI PIZZA MARIETTA

1 BOBOLI Brand Italian bread shell
(large 12-inches or four small 6-inches)

1/2 cup sauce pizza or tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
4 Italian sweet sausages, cooked and slice
d1 cup thin strips green pepper
8 thin slices red onion, separated

Spread sauce on BOBOLI Italian Bread Shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange remaining ingredients on top.

Bake at 450 degrees F for 10-12 minutes (5-8 minutes for 6-inch).

Makes 4-6 servings
