Recipe: Boboli Fiesta Pizza

BOBOLI FIESTA PIZZA
1 BOBOLI Brand Italian bread shell
(large 12-inches or four small 6-inches)
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
1/3 cup canned diced green chiles
1/2 cup marinara sauce
3/4 cup EACH shredded cheddar and mozzarella
Brown beef with onions, chili powder, cumin and cayenne pepper; drain. Add salt and chiles.
Spread marinara sauce on BOBOLI Italian Bread Shell.
Mix cheeses together. Sprinkle half over sauce. Spoon the meat mixture over cheese layer. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes (5-8 minutes for 6-inch).
Makes 4-6 servings
